Characteristics of product
- Ag colloidal nanoparticle is possible to achieve sintering in a short period of time. The protective agent, which covers surface of particles, is only a few percent or less of the silver, it decomposes by the heating at the temperature of 180℃ or higher in the atmosphere hardly remaining residues. Sintering proceeds up to the interface with substrate.
Main functions
- Conductivity close to that of bulk silver
- Capability of sintering at low temperature for a short period of time
- Capability of forming transparent conductive film by thin coating
- High internal reflectivity (reflection from substrate side)
Product applications
- Conductive film
- Reflecting film
- Solar heat-ray reflecting film
- Transparent conductive film

「Example of film forming condition」
※ Sintering at 200℃ in the atmosphere for 10 minutes (film thickness of 200nm) → Volume resistivity: 2.3 [μΩ・cm]
※ These are representative
values and are not guaranteed.
