(1) Columnar Crystal Silicon Ingot

We can produce two shapes of ingots: round and square. We have produced the largest ingot in the world of semiconductor application grade. The size of the ingot is 1050×1050mm.

(2) Columnar Crystal Silicon Plate

Products of a variety of shapes, such as blocks and plates, can be manufactured from the ingots. The shape and thickness can be tailored upon customer request.

(3) Large Size Plate

We supply two types of plates: round (Ф1050mm) and square (□1050mm). These large plates are sliced from the largest ingot, □1050mm.

(4) Products of Various Shapes

We can supply various kinds of products, from small to large in size, and from simple to complicated in shape.
